Assisted Living Facilities are for people needing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, laundry, housekeeping, and assistance with medications. Assisted living exists to bridge the gap between independent living and nursing homes and allows people to live as independently as possible for as long as possible.

Cruz Personal Care Home is a Small type "A" Facility licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability and is a residential ranch-style home. We provide a 24 - hour living arrangement in which personal care, home management, escort, social and recreational activities, 24 - hour supervision, supervision and assistance with administration of medication, and transportation are provided.

Services are tailored to meet the needs of those who need individualized supervision, guidance and support on a daily basis. Our compassionate caregivers understand that each of our residents is unique. They are able to provide the personalized attention necessary to assure each individual's well being.

Residents pay one monthy fee that includes the following:

• Semi-private rooms
• Three hot meals and two snacks daily
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Assistance with personal care-bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Medication management
• Incontinence care provided with dignity and understanding
• Individually designed activities
• Trained staff
• In house visits from Health Care Professionals
• Detailed care planning with regular updates
• Local move-in assistance available
