About Cruz Personal Care Home

Cruz Personal Care Home is family owned and operate. The facility was founded by Minnie Cruz and her husband Alex Cruz in 1983. At first glance, there's nothing unconventional about the home in the rural area of Devine, the quiet setting has a warm and inviting feel as you enter. "We have created a true family environment, this is the type of home that we like to live in," Minnie said.

In 2008 the facility was purchased and now operated by their daughter Melissa Rodriguez and her husband Manuel Rodriguez.


"We are committed to keeping the home a safe and comfortable place for the residents, as my parents have done for the last 25 years," Melissa said. "We believe in helping each resident function at his or her highest level of independence in order to preserve dignity and self worth."
